What surprised me most positively during the workshop was that Monika was able to keep the participants focused and interested, despite the remote mode of work. A perfect balance between subgroup work and forum discussion.
Monika is a great trainer who impresses not only with her business experience but also with her great cultural sensitivity. Thanks to the knowledge gained during the workshop I feel that my daily work as a Project Manager will gain in quality.
