Magda is a Trainer and Consultant, focusing on company development strategy and effective leadership.


For many years Magda has been working with the HR area and its key processes such as onboarding, job descriptions, implementation of performance management, setting goals, talent management, and employee engagement survey.


Magda has worked as an Internal Trainer and then L&D Lead in a multinational organization. On a daily basis, she supported employees and leaders in the areas of personal efficiency, cooperation, effective communication, and building efficient teams.


Magda designed, implemented, and evaluated global onboarding programs, product training, and eLearning programs.
Magda participated in projects in the area of Talent management and has designed and implemented development programs for employees and leaders to help them grow by helping explore their talents and improving their skills.


During and after her studies, she lived in the US, where she first encountered intercultural diversity. The experience she gained from that time allowed Magda to acquire the ability to communicate in a multicultural business environment. She has conducted workshops for employees and leaders of areas: EMEA, APAC, and AMER (Poland, Great Britain, Estonia, India, Philippines, Hong Kong, USA).


Currently, Magda shares her managerial experience and knowledge (she has graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice) with leaders conducting training on topics such as:

  • developing managerial skills,
  • First Time Manager,
  • managing a dispersed team,
  • managing different generations in an organization,
  • conducting effective meetings,
  • building effective teams,
  • managing change,
  • feedback culture,
  • effective team communication,
  • intercultural communication.


Magda completed a total of 6,000 hours of training, both in the classroom and remotely. She conducts trainings in Polish and in English.
