Marta believes that good communication and openness support leaders and teams.
She started her training career in 2011 with supporting members of the student NGO of which she was a part. While studying at the Warsaw University of Technology, she gained not only technical knowledge but also experience in managing national and international projects. She trained people in Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Poland.
In order to better support the participants of her trainings, she graduated in Human Resource Management at the Vistula University in Warsaw, then worked for 4 years in a BPO company, supporting employees as a soft skills trainer and helping them to better serve customers. She also worked there as a Training and Quality Manager, managing quality in an international team of nearly 100 people. She worked in Denmark, Germany, Portugal, and Poland, creating a customer service quality system for a medical company.
Currently, she works in the SSC business area for an international bank as a Senior Trainer, where, apart from training, she also runs a talent program for employees with the greatest potential and development projects for leaders. On a daily basis, she supports employees and leaders in the areas of personal efficiency, cooperation, effective communication, and building close-knit teams. Her favourite area is team building, where she focuses not only on teaching others how to build teams but also on running tailored workshops to support building better relationships in a fun and relaxing way, where participants can enjoy the whole process. From 2020 she also works as a coach, focusing mainly on working with leaders and owners of micro and small companies.
Privately, she is a travel enthusiast, focusing on exploring different parts of the world with her favourite backpack, trying local dishes along the way, and observing the life of local communities. Her second hobby is diving, mainly in the warm waters of Southeast Asia. Her favourite countries are Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
